If during the period of insurance, any party brings a claim against you. We will pay the cost of any regulatory award you are legally liable to pay, PCI charges, privacy forensic costs, privacy investigation costs and defence costs.

Financial crime and fraud

If any party brings a claim against you for any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property rights, defamation, including libel, slander, or malicious falsehood we will cover the cover costs in defending.

Digital Assets
